Jürgen Landes has received a grant from the German Research Foundation (DFG) to set up the Scientific Network Foundations, Applications & Theory of Inductive Logic (FAT IL), doing research on inductive logic. Besides him, the network includes Martin Adamčík (Assumption University, Thailand), Hykel Hosni (Milan), Gabriele Kern-Isberner (KTU Dortmund), Dominik Klein (Bayreuth/Bamberg), Soroush Rafiee Rad (Bayreuth/MCMP), Jan-Willem Romeijn (Groningen), Tom Sterkenburg (MCMP, LMU Munich), Marta Sznajder (MCMP, LMU Munich), Paul Thorn (Düsseldorf), Matthias Thimm (Koblenz-Landau), Alena Vencovská (Manchester), Jon Williamson (Kent) and Francesca Zaffora Blando (Stanford).
